Activities: construction of the hydroelectric power station of Stura di Vił, electrical installations for the Rome - Castellana rail line, provincial rail lines of Parma, the Parma - Fornovo line, the Law Courts at Rome, the National Mint and the World Exhibition Centre, as well as the setup of a Roentgen laboratory for the University of Padua.
Regional offices are opened in Genoa, Florence, La Spezia, Naples and Catania. The main activities are in the field of hydroelectric power generation and heating power stations and, also in the transport sector not only with regard to installation services and electro-technical equipment for tram lines, but also designs and orders in the railway sector.
The company signs an agreement, subsequently blocked by the start of the war, with Pirelli & Co for the production of SSW patented cables.
Osram SA of Milan is founded for activities alongside those of Siemens in the same sector.
